How do I know tapping works?

Right from the beginning, we'll get clear on the problem and you'll rate its intensity on a scale from 0 to 10. For example, "I'm stressed and tired all the time at a 8/10."

During tapping therapy, we'll find the root of the issue and tap, until you can say that there is an improvement of at least 50%.

No faith is required. Actually feel free to believe that it doesn't work. Just give it a chance.

Step 1
20 min free intro call

During this call,

I'll ask you a few questions to understand the problem and you'll get a demo of tapping. By the end, you will know if it's worth a chance.

Step 2
75 min initial consultation

In our first session, we will measure the intensity of your current problem from 0 to 10 and then we'll start the tapping. By the end, your stress will be noticeably lower.

EFT anxiety sessions

Step 3
Follow-up

Follow-up sessions are either 60-min or 90-min, depending on your energy levels. I'll tell you what's best for you at the end of the initial consultation. That's it!

And the best part?

You don't even need to believe in eft tapping for it to work... Although science does!
