How will I know tapping is working?

Right from the beginning, we'll get clear on the problem and you'll rate its intensity on a scale from 0 to 10. For example, "I might not get the promotion and I'm stressed at a 9/10."

During tapping therapy, we'll find the root of the issue and tap, until you can consistently say that your stress levels about the promotion are 0.

Step 1
20 min free intro call

During this call,

I'll ask you a few questions to understand the problem and you'll get your first taste of tapping. By the end, you will know if it's worth a chance.

Step 2
75 min initial consultation

In our first session, we will measure the intensity of your current problem from 0 to 10 and get clear about how success with therapy looks like for you. By the end, the intensity will be noticeably lower.

EFT anxiety sessions

Step 3
Follow-up

Follow-up sessions are either 60-min or 90-min, depending on your energy levels. I'll be able to tell you what 's best for you at the end of the initial consultation.
